1) What if my product gets more time to be delivered than what is been shown in the site? A) It is our duty to deliver you the products as per the date but in case some discrepancies arise trust us and be assured that products will be worth our wait. In case you have paid for an item already, be assured that your money is our responsibility too. In that case please write to us or call us and we will surely find a way out. 2) Where do I send my return? A) We will let you know the exact return shipment address 3) Can I request delivery to an international shipping address? A) At the moment, we only deliver within India. But we are expanding and hope to serve our global customers too. 4) I have placed an order but it does not appear in the 'my account' section? A) The items will be visible in 'My Account' for customers registered with us. Customers who have used the guest checkout option are not registered and do not see this option. 5) Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed? A) No, it cannot be done after order confirmation. 6) What happens to the money deducted from my debit card/credit card/net banking for an unsuccessful order? A) If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure or in case of an unsuccessful order, it will be credited back within 7-10 days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank. 7) Do you offer gift wrapping facilities? A) No, we don't offer gift wrapping facilities currently. Nonetheless, we are working on it, and we will have this service soon. 8) I want to gift something to my friend, but i do not want you to send the bill to her. Can you help me on that? A) No, we can't make any transaction without a bill. 9) What should I do if I miss my delivery? A) Do not worry. We make 2 attempts on consecutive days to deliver the order to you. Even if after that you miss it, call or mail on our customer care. 10) What is the mode of refund? For security and validation, the signature of the receiver will be taken at the time of delivery. 12) For Cash-on-Delivery orders, can I check the package before making a payment? A) We encourage you to avoid accepting any package if it is in a tampered state. However, we have an exclusive concept of trial which is free of cost, so if you are unsure about any product you can always opt for the trial option, check it and then buy. 13) Do I have to return the whole order?
