Saahihain Return/Replacement Policy

Return & Exchange :

• Users are required to understand the terms of this Return and Refund Policy. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised not to accept the Terms of Use and may forthwith leave and stop using the platform. On ordering a product from the platform you agree to be bound by the terms contained herein.
• We provide 7 days return window. In case of products which are damaged on arrival the return window is of 2 days including the delivery date.
• Exchange is allowed only if damaged / wrong product / wrong size have been delivered. This is subject to availability of the product.
• Exchange is allowed only if items are unused / unworn / unwashed / undamaged / unsoiled / unaltered and in their original packing including polybags and hangtags.
• Return or refund of purchased products shall not be entertained by if the product has been used for reasons apart from checking fit and comfort.
• Please do take care that that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and with all original packaging (tags etc.). For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
• We will arrange the return pickup from the customers address but it may so happen that under certain circumstances customer has to arrange to return the products at their own cost.
• Any exchange and return can be done only once, if it follows the laid criteria.
• In case the correct size of the product is delivered but the customer wants to exchange/return the product, the customer is bound to bear the return shipment cost. If the order was a cash on delivery order , charges of Rs. 100 will also not get reimbursed in such a case. For free shipping order (valid for online orders) ,a convenience fee of Rs 60 will be deducted from final refund amount . In case the item purchased has extra shipping charges (valid for online orders), in that case, the shipping amount will also not get refunded.
• All goods marked as "Final Sale" will not be eligible for Return or Exchange.
• Cancellations are not permissible on this website. In case of any emergency cancellations required it is mandatory to call the customer care and a 2% charge on order value will be deducted.
• We do not accept returned items that were sent back by us directly without checking with us first.
• If your order is paid by COD, then your wallet balance cannot be withdrawn, but it can be used together with coupon code and points on your next purchase.
• Please note that shipping charges will not be reimbursed for items with extra shipping charges.
• In case of refunds, it will only be initiated once the product has reached our warehouse.
• The gifts, if applicable, accompanying the purchased product has to be returned along with the product.
• It is expressly clarified that the refund entitled to by a user shall not include money paid towards shipping charges or any other such charges applicable from time to time, except in case of a product having a defect at the time of delivery.
• In the event where the user has self-shipped the product and we have not receive the returned product or the package containing such product is empty, the user shall be required to submit the ‘proof of delivery’ received from the courier/postal agency to us to prove his/her claim of return of Products through self-shipment.
• Return or refund of purchased products shall not be entertained by if the serial number bar code of the Product, as applicable, does not match our records.
• Return or refund of purchased products falling under Home-decor category shall not be entertained
• Return or refund of purchased products falling under Customised product or any other special category product (exempted from return) shall not be entertained
• Saahi hain holds the right to reject any return at any given point of time if it violets any of the above mentioned criteria
